QivoIQ provides data intelligence, AI solutions, continuous monitoring, analytics dashboards, revenue assurance, innovation advisory, and training services as described on our website.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

For paid services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due upon receipt of invoice and are non-refundable.

QivoIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QivoIQ and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
